![]() The under lever and barrel are stamped with matching serial numbers 'F6050'. It has a 19" clean rifled barrel and measures 43" overall. The woodwork with attractive tiger stripe effect with just light bumps and bruises and metal work are in nice undamaged condition The stock is inlaid with correct Webley roundel. (See Pages 234 to 244 of Hillers Book 'A Collectors Guide to Air Rifles'). Production of the MK III commenced in 1947 and continued with improved variants being manufactured until1975. *Rare*'F' Prefix Serial Number 1960's to 1975 Webley Mark 3. It loads and fires as it should with a strong spring action. The cylinder has faint, indistinct, electroplated BSA name and address. The breech is marked ‘1’ (.177 calibre) & ‘Load’ at the loading port. The metal work is undamaged with original blue finish and is crisply stamped with the correct 'L' prefix serial number on the trigger block 'L24957' which dates it to 1924 (see page 27 of the Collectors Guide to Air Rifles By Hiller). The rifle has a blade fore sight and adjustable dial rear sight. Its original wood stock has chequered panels at the pistol grip and has just the bumps and bruises to be expected with age and use. Also known as the 'L' or Ladies/ Light model it measures 39 ½” overall with a 17" rifled barrel. 1 Model 177 calibre, under lever air rifle. ![]() 1 Model (Aka 'L' Or Light/ Ladies Model).
